• Context: Kidde Global Solutions launched in December 2024 as a standalone platform, spun out from Carrier’s Commercial and Residential Fire business, backed by Lone Star Funds at an enterprise value of $3 billion; today it operates globally with approximately 9,000 employees, 18 commercial offices, 7 manufacturing plants, 11 R&D centers, and generated around US $2 billion in annual revenues.
• Directed PMO for divestiture transformations, managing multiple large-scale workstreams and ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
• Partnered with C‑suite executives, directors, and senior leadership across a global footprint to execute strategic initiatives and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
• Created and managed integrated Smartsheet workplans to coordinate business unit alignment across continents during carve-out and separation phases.
• Oversaw the GBS Transition Master Plan, managing 6 major workstreams and 40+ tasks across Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR, across a workforce of thousands.
