Memorial Day Ruck March – Fort Lauderdale

Join us this Memorial Day for a community ruck through Fort Lauderdale as we come together to honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

This is not a race, but a purpose-driven movement. Participants will complete an approximately 10-mile ruck march through the city, moving as a group at a steady pace. This event is open to veterans, active-duty service members, and civilians who want to take part in a meaningful Memorial Day experience.

Throughout the route, we will conduct scheduled Ruck Breaks hosted by local veteran nonprofit organizations. At each stop, participants will have the opportunity to replenish water and nutrition while taking part in Stories of Valor—a time to share the names and stories of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with a name or story to share.
